On 20 February, we proudly hosted the Echuca Moama Beacon Leadership Development Day at the Bendigo TAFE Echuca Campus, bringing together an inspiring group of young people, educators, and community partners.
The day was filled with meaningful conversations, hands on workshops, leadership challenges designed to build confidence, communication skills, and future focused thinking. It was fantastic to see students step outside their comfort zones, collaborate with local industry leaders, and explore what leadership looks like in their own lives.
A highlight of the event was our guest speaker, Jayden Howe, recently appointed Chief Executive Officer at Committee for Echuca Moama, who delivered a powerful message on leadership. Jayden shared thoughtful insights that deeply resonated with our Beacon Leaders, encouraging them to lead with purpose, resilience, and authenticity.
