The Campaspe Cohuna Local Learning and Employment Network (CCLLEN) held its Annual General Meeting on Monday 16 June, bringing together members, partners and supporters to reflect on another successful year of supporting young people across the Campaspe and Cohuna region.
Chairperson Anne Marie Cairns reflected on the strength of the organisation's partnerships and the positive impact of CCLLEN's programs throughout 2025.
"This year has again demonstrated the strength of our community partnerships and the impact that collaborative work can have on the lives of young people across our region," Anne Marie said.
Throughout 2025, CCLLEN continued to deliver and support a wide range of initiatives, including the School to Work Program, Campaspe Youth Partnerships, Youth Take Over, Beacon Real Futures, the TAC L2P Learner Driver Program, careers events and industry engagement activities. More than 2,000 students participated in careers and industry activities during the year, while 30 young people successfully obtained their driver's licence through the L2P program.
Executive Officer Jane Reid highlighted the importance of collaboration in creating meaningful opportunities for young people.
"Working alongside schools, employers, training providers and community organisations allows us to connect young people with real-world experiences and pathways that help them build confidence and make informed decisions about their future," she said.
Treasurer Darryl Brown reported that the organisation remains in a strong financial position. While CCLLEN recorded an operating deficit for 2025, this reflected the planned reinvestment of surplus funds from 2024 into programs and initiatives that directly benefit young people and strengthen service delivery across the region.

CCLLLEN thanks its Committee of Management, members staff, volunteers, schools, employers, community organisations and funding partners for their continued support and commitment to improving outcomes for young people.
As the organisation looks ahead into 2026, it remains focused on strengthening pathways between education, training and employment, while ensuring young people across the region have access to the opportunities and support they need to reach their full potential.
