CCLLEN Strategic Plan update

Each year we review our Strategic Plan and consult with our community. This year some minor changes were made to our Strategic Plan.

Our strategic goals are:

• Improve post compulsory education and transition outcomes for young people.
• Improve indigenous student (10 to 19) transitions and attainment.
• Improve employability skills of students through enhanced careers & transitions and workplace learning programs.
• Increase and improve parent and family engagement, especially at Years 7, 8. & 9 with education, training and pathways planning.
• Improve and Increase the partnerships and connections between education and training providers with community groups to support the wellbeing, education and transition outcomes of young people (10-19).

Refinements were also made to out targets and strategies.
